1. Yep it should all be clear in a few weeks as more info comes out.

2. I agree actually. Did you see my next-gen digital only thread? I think they will put out smaller cheaper hardware to match with digital only libraries. With only exception of maybe Nintendo.

I think its just personal preferences mostly.

I just realized that Microsoft is 1 step away from fixing this for everyone.

When I buy a retail copy, give me a choice... Let me choose, digital, always on DRM, or disk based DRM when I'm installing it.

Digital DRM - no resale, no disk swapping, fast switching and all goodies that come with digital software

Disk DRM - last gen disk swapping but with resale stuff

Can we get a petition going people?? I'm serious... :)

lol, i and a lot of other people posted that as the ideal solution.   it seems so obvious, make it an opt-in system and let everyone choose what is best for their lifestyle.

Yeah this would totally work for me. The family sharing is nice but that isn't why I'm upset... I want my library to follow me digitally moving forward but I do like the convenience of buying a retail disk here and there and isntalling it.

Hell I'm pissed that Xbox One doesn't play my digitally purchased Xbox 360 games.
