You own. Can be gifted/sold/bought freely to/from/through anyone... infinitely. oh, also rental options.. so if game sucks, no loss..

Can only "gift" once to someone on your live system for more than 30days. Then game is theirs permanently... can't ever be gifted or traded in or sold again.
Can only trade-in or buy used through approved dealers based on fixed prices.
How is that anywhere near the same?
