Based on what?  I'm basing my opinion on what Microsoft was saying would be possible.  How could you say it's no where near the same as used gaming when it doesn't actually exist and no formal plans were made?

They gave a 10,000' overview at E3, so I'm not sure how you can say it isn't or is the same as the current used game system?
