1. Yep it should all be clear in a few weeks as more info comes out.
2. I agree actually. Did you see my next-gen digital only thread? I think they will put out smaller cheaper hardware to match with digital only libraries. With only exception of maybe Nintendo.
I think its just personal preferences mostly.
