It's exactly like the 360 is now in terms of game installs. You don't have to install it if you don't want to.
I guess it doesn't matter too much to me now that I think about it though since I'll be buying most of my games digitally (the only games I'll buy physical are the one's that go on extreme sale on Black Friday and other such events).
@Ethomaz: That's not what I heard. Unless I misunderstood something?
