sorry but if they can remove the restrictions overnight whats stopping them from re implementing them once the console has been released, some people may be overjoyed but some will not forget they tried to restrict gamers knowing that no one liked the online pass yet initially tried to force DRM, they should have done a poll to see how many people would buy a console with so many restrictions first rather than just try to force gamers to have DRM.
like it or not sony are still ahead in terms of pre-orders and again no one will forget that microsoft were going to force DRM weather you liked it or not.
