With the newer architecture (GPGPU), I don't think that is true.

I game  mainly on my p.c. now. My i2600k is overclocked to 4.9 gig. I don't get better A.I., it just calculates it faster. The ultra book cpu,s in the consoles will be the same. The power difference  between the two isn't enough for a noticible  improvement in A.I. Just faster calulations.
