Nobody is interested because it has nothing to do with anything. This isn't negative news. 1080/30fps is a design decision that showcases a consoles graphics. It's not like PS4 can't do 1080p/60FPS is thats what you or some other people think.
Forza 5 is the only game confirmed to be running at 1080p/60. So is Gran Turismo 5. So yeah, its a design decision. Forza 5 still doesn't have weather effects from what I hear. You sacrifice one thing for another. That's how game development works, especially in the rush of being ready for the launch of new consoles.
