Shinobi-san said: Guys just to add to this whole 1080p discussion.... 1080 @60FPS means nothing. 60FPS is awesome, no discussion needed about that 60FPS>30FPS. Doesnt matter what the resolution is, if a game is running at 60FPS, gameplay is usually smooth and responsive. A must for driving games and platformers. 1080p on the hand can be applied to any game. You can take mario from way back and make it 1080p, it will make the game look clear and crisp but the old assets will show through. 1080p by itself doesnt mean anything, you need the assets to go with it. In the case of Forza running at 1080p@60FPS compared to Driveclub running at 30FPS...it might be a case where the assets of Forza are not as high as those used in Driveclub. I obviously don't know this but thats how these kinda things work. It still seems like people are arguing over the power of consoles though....which is really stupid at this stage. Sony went for the more powerfull hardware, MS went the more cost/heat efficient route. This will show in games and the difference will be significant. It's just a matter of buying a better GPU for your PC...its not complicated guys.

I partly agree but given the ps4 is better in specs I think it's surprising to see technical issues by now. I honestly expected otherwise. Imagine it would be the other way round now... But still time is left until release, nothing is set in stone.

I think Ethomaz was right when he said Forza is the exception. Forza looks decent (not really a knock out, but a decent step up compared to last gen) and it runs at 1080p @60FPS. Thats the only next gen game thats doing that. All the other games on PS4 and Xbox One don't seem to even be ready for launch yet. Games that are struggling to run at 30FPS wont be running at 60FPS come launch IMO. That being said I think its even more worisome when games wernt even running on devkit hardware at E3. Imagine the state of those games had we to see them live ???
