Next-Gen (2018) will be digital only, online required, streaming entertainment boxes.

Havn't got the link. It was  an interview with Sony's V.P. on some website shortly after MS'  bungled launch. Not going to search for it either. Some fanboys will put a spin on it like Sony's  previous 10 year plan thread.
