Yet another person confusing game lending with family sharing. I'm not sure if this is the interview I'm thinking of, but if it is, Major Nelson was talking about sharing your library with "family," not the one-time gifting system. Besides, there is no lending system on the XBOne; It's not lending if you can never get your game back. That's called "gifting." Or "selling."
