If they got rid of the 24 hour check as long as the disc is in the drive that would fix the issue that most have with the Xbox One. I really do hope they do it that way.
It's also good to see that Don will be kept away from the limelight. I think Major Nelson makes a great PR man (he's pretty much the only good one they have that I've seen).
