There was a comic that even Batman beat Superman cause he has a weakness. So evidently, Goku can beat Superman cause he doesn't have any, heck even Krillin can beat Superman lol.
Weakness aside, I still think Goku can beat Superman. Wizard magazine did a Goku vs Superman long ago and I believe they even said Goku would win. (could be wrong, its been awhile)
