Some key differences for you to consider:

1) Second Son is a launch window title, the Devision is likely fall 2014.

2) Second son has a lot more going on, from large scale destructable environments, crazy particle effects and aerial transversal which requires greater draw distances. All at a rock solid frame rate. Its unfair to compare it to a very grounded 3rd person FPS.

All the below is in-game by the way.

I dont dispute that SS has same graphical prowess as to The division.. what i really mean is art design and stuff, SS has high res texture and great draw distance, but what i meant is those textures dont show trace of eroison.. its just pitch clean, seems like every thing has been freshly painted.. compare the cars between the two.. in infamous they look like as if they freshly off from the showroom

Well about teh "city is too clean and that's boring" I have to say one thing: Acording to the developers this is kinda distopia, where the city is under control of a strict force (UPD or UDP was it?) So i doubt people is free to go and dirty anywhere they go... I think of it like a more cheerful and colorful version of North Korea (that country is as clean as grey).

And second, the developers recently said that the damage on the city (most part of it) will remain through the game, So if You want a chaotic  dirt looking city is up to You to make it possible :) If that doesn't sound fun I'm not sure what would...

BTW, And seriously the Division was running on a PS4 Dev Kit? If true, that would be beyond awesome... Watchdog was already awesome last year, and this year too, but The Division took the generation a lot ahead, if this is what we get on the first year of the console, WHAT could we expect in two or tree years later?
