digital downloads - exclusive on xbox one

No it isn't but...

Digital download game sharing with friends/family - exclusive on Xbox one

Unlimited digital download installs on as many consoles as you wish - exclusive on Xbox one

Digital download game trading with friends - exclusive on Xbox one

+ many more benefits to the interface and experience we  don't know about yet.

Yeah PS4 will do digital as well in a "me too" kind of way.  I really struggle to understand how people think that a company that is financially struggling and has 1/10th the digital resources of Microsoft will provide a comparable digital experience. Not to mention compete on the operating system and file system side, with eqaully good multitasking, apps, features etc...as something running Windows NT kernel.

Ok, enough with making shit up. Where are you getting your facts from?

1. How does Sony has 1/10th of the digital resources MS has? mind you Sony owns movie studios, music library, Cellphone, tablets, Cloud company ?

Please show me these facts.

Cloud company...yeah, you are confusing a company with video straming technology and basic cloud services as a company being able to provide cloud services on a grand scale.

5 biggest and best cloud services are Azure, AWS, HP, Rackspace and Google Cloud. They have like 90% of the cloud marketshare and traffic.  As of 2013, Azure tends to beat all other cloud services in speed and computing tests. iCloud runs on Azure, Netflix runs on Amazon WS...etc.

As far as rest, they have nothing to do with digital resources. They are content resources. If PS4 ran Android, you could argue that there are some digital resources that Sony could share between platforms.

And this is before we get in to the patents that both comanies have available to them for digital and cloud computing.

Once again, were are you getting that Sony only has 1/10th of the digital resources MS has? I'm still waiting.

MS cloud computing is not just an xbox feature, it's been there just not as talked about as MS is currently doing.

Content resources is what makes digital recources available. Without the content, you have no digital resources. And Sony is loaded with them.

Apps, movies, tv, music, cloud computing, multitasking, game share, game upload, voice control,  Yeah not exclusives to the Xbox.

Well for one I work with cloud services and know the juggernout Microsoft is in this area. Amazon and Microsoft tend to duke it out with rest getting the scrapps. I can't give you the actual figure but no one anywhere talks about Sony when it comes to cloud computing...

The real benefit of this "cloud computing" for xbox one is not processing power but availability. Microsoft is making it available and free for all devs to use their cloud servers. Sony is not doing this because they cant. They don't have the scale. Some games can use the same cloud computing features, but it won't be the standard...

Content resources are great to have but if you've looked at different digital outlets lately, the stuff Sony has is not exclusive to sony devices and platforms. They tend to go to all devices that have market penetration. I have the entire Sony catalogue of music at my fingertips on Xbox music.
