Which still raises the question why MS don't do it, unless they don't want to go through the effort of doing it themselves when a known retailer can be paid to do it for them.

If MSoft gave them the money, then it could be profitable... while the rent is still something that MSoft takes care of.
Still, if that's the case then a Microsoft Store made by themselves would make much more sense, as it would suit better to their needs.

Only overheads is the staff and leccy. If that is the deal of course. I can't see any other reason why GAME would do a Xbox only store unless there was incentive, that incetive meing cold hard moolah from MS.
