That's not even a "Next Generation" PC. It's about 2 generations old with the CPU.
And if you hope to play games on it, you will be incredibly disappointed with it's On-board Intel graphics and a Power Supply that will probably blow up if you threw any semi-decent graphics card into it, maybe even taking the entire system with it or setting your house on fire.
You get what you pay for.
I highly suggest you build it yourself, plenty of guides on Youtube, heck AMD showed a monkey upgrading a PC. - It really is that easy.
