Also, looking (quickly) through CrazzyMan's posts (since he is the end all know all for PS3 games), count how many times he mentions Lair. Though he says Lair won't be as big as FF13, MGS4, and some other obvious big games, he says it ranks up there, and includes it in every single list of exclusive PS3 games list, just like he does now a lot. If you have Firefox (which you should...) just hit Ctrl+F and type "Lair" and then hit enter to see all the times he mentions it.
And he wouldn't be the only one that overhyped it, as there is actually a whole thread dedicated to it. rocketpig was smart enough to realize that it wouldn't be a big hit, but mistakingly thought it would sell 1-1.5 million copies. Man old posts are so interesting to read months later.
