TBH, I was always bit undecided over whole used software issue - I can't really compare software to cars, cause cars, while you're driving them, actually get "used", as in, they start deteriorating. Software on the other hand does not deteriorate, so "used" game gives full value of the new copy, which might be looked as not fair to original creator....on the other hand, yes, we're consumers, and we have the right to do whatever we like with things we own....
As I said, bit undecided on the matter...
