Am I the only one who pretends to care about consumer rights to bash the Xbox One?

I actually like the idea behind Kinect and did consider an XBox One.

With that said, the fact that the PS4 is $100 cheaper, has no used game policy, and has the LBP series, Sony might be the better choice for me.

Wii U will be considered as well but likely after the PS4 if at all.
