Could MS run into PS3 style hacking problems due to Xbox Ones Policies?

I doubt we'll see something similar to the PSN attack unless MS do something naughty after the XBone has been released.

But I can definitely imagine hackers being interested in DRM workarounds, making the console region-free, getting rid of the XBone library limits etc.
