I think Microsoft has a chance to take Sony and Nintendo out this coming gen.  Just my 2 cents with how M$ is going a totally diffrent approach to gaming; which can dissrupt both Sony and Nintendo's future plans.  Discuss.

No offense...................but how could you possibly come up with that conclusion using deductive reasoning?

The only "different direction" MS is going in, is telling their consumers what they can and can't do with their own bought-and-paid-for products, how they can play, etc. etc. They're dictating the customer what their gaming experiences are going to be, not giving the customer options. How in the WORLD could that possibly lead to them "taking out" Nintendo or Sony? Nintendo is more open policy to gamers and developers (especially indie devs) than they EVER have been. They support ZERO DRM policies, and require zero mandatory online. Sony doesn't have an ENFORCED DRM policy, but will allow publishers to use it at their discretion, and also (as of this time) have an "always online" type policy for the PS4.

The point is, both are more inviting and friendly towards the customer/IE the gamer, whereas Microsoft is telling customers that if they want to own their system, they're going to have to play by their rules. Kind of bullshit.

So again, where in any of that does it spell out Nintendo or Sony "going down" to MS?
