So far this gen is a polar opposite of last.

Wii was flying off store shelves, Wii U is barely selling 30,000 per week.

PS3 was critisized for being to expensive, One has that problem now

360 was seen as the console for gamers, now its PS4

LOL, but the question is, will WiiU/PS4/One sell as well as Wii/PS3/360? Just because One has the same problem as the PS3 at the start doesn't mean it will experience the same late life success. PS3 surpass 360 in sales because they were agressive on price, and kept on producing a lot of first party exclusives, to the point where profits were seriously hurt. I don't know is MS will do the same.

As for WiiU, I know it's starting slow, but it released early for the gen (where Wii was the last one to release last gen), and it doesn't have that "killer game" (Wii had two, Zelda and Wii Sports). I'm confident WiiU sales will grow substantially with the release of Super Mario, Mario Kart, Wii Fit, and to an extent Pikmin 3.

I agree, PS3 was able to weather the storm and stay relevent, we will see if One does the same or MS remains stubborn.

And im 100% Wii U will turn things around, not Wii level but still successful
