Am I the only one who pretends to care about consumer rights to bash the Xbox One?

I was only certain on wiiu. But based on 3rd parties it likely I would buy a second console. Last gen it was a ps3. This gen it could've been either one depending on value of the console to me. But ms policies have made that decision clear to me.
