No, that's not your point. Your point was that Microsoft is denying our right to sell, trade, or lend used games. I have shown you why that is false. You still have those rights.
You just cannot play them after doing that but this is NOT your right. You do not have a right to what Microsoft's product is able to do. They could make it incompatible with whatever they want.
