Xbox One has been available for pre-order long than the PS4. So there's that. PS4 has been consistantly ahead ever since E3 and the price point was announced. I don't expect that to change. Let's see how that list looks a few months, even weeks from now.
It's also worth noting that UK market is pretty small. Take a look at the weekly charts. Now imagine how small of a market an online retailer like Amazon holds. The difference between 69th and 91st position might seem big but in reality its not.
