Major Nelson says Xbox One games will still be playable at the end of the new generation

Microsoft lost me as a potential customer of xbox one. I really like the controller. No gimmicks. They also showed lots of great first party games. But kinect and this online check in is the main problem. As a collector I want to own my games. I dont want to borrow them for a certain time.
