Kaz has a megacorporation to run. Playstation is only a small portion of Sony. Just like Xbox is a tiny portion of Microsoft.

In terms of Playstation I think Yoshida does a good job with PR. Unfortunately his (spoken) English isn't as good so he doesn't seem to resonate as well with Westerners.
