Uh, no it's not. There's a very different flavor of games between PSP vs DS, if he considers PSP games more preferable to him than DS games, then adding in "like the PSP" would have merely been clarifying that he considered the PSP flavor of games to be better.

It depends.  If it was part of a pattern of other trolling posts, then yeah.
