If the XBoxOne's SO shares code with the Windows (as many expect) some of the Windows vulnerabilities may be used to hack it.
While both consoles (PS4 and the XBoxOne) can be hard hack in theory (especially due custom software + hardware protections), once someone manages to run non-signed code on the hardware the hacker scene is going to grow very fast because there are many programmers are used to x84 hardware also there are plenty of tool that could be used or adapted for helping them creating their homebrews.
Ironically, since the Wii U seems to have a more customized hardware (especially its GPU) hackers may find it difficult to use its *true power* on their homebrews.
