Regarding pre-orders: I has already been confirmed by multiple sources that the PS4 is currently outselling the XBOX by a ratio of 3-2. It isn't a big ratio considering the bad press Microsoft has been getting. I would have expected something like 3-1.
Regarding the thread: if the XBOX isn't underclocked (I think it was at GAF were I read it, but some user said that they were indeed having problems and the initials shipments would be less than planned but they would not be downgrading the system) it's still a powerful console compared to this gens hardware.
