Belgian. Actually it is flemish. Flemish is the dutch part of Belgium. 

And yeh, besides the handhelds nintendo hasn't that much of a part here(besisdes wii ofc). Last time I checked x360 vs ps3 was 70% ps3.

EDIT: Btw the updated poll is just 1500 more votes but the percentages stays the same
