Apparently Sony is still going to offer free to play online games which won't require PS+.  Apparently IGN Uk had an article on it.  I couldn't go to it cause when I clicked the link it just kicked me to the Canadian IGN site.

I think that was for free to play or mmo games getting the option to choose if there game is behind the PS +   but it still doesn't address how they will market a PS3 and 4 title
