The way I do boardgaming is NOT Monopoly. Go to Boardgamegeek.com to see what I usually get into. GamesByRich.com is aso my profile. I would give you a hipster/indie response to Monopoly actually. I thinkk it has been years since I tried Monopoly and believe the LEAST of the issues of Monopoly is the banking involved. I could go into how people do NOT play it right, and the boring state of roll and move on a track being used to simulate real estate.
