Remember when things like regional locking made Europeans not be able to play Xenogears... the shame!
I wonder what mastodon within Microsoft came up with all these restrictions. It has to be an old fart that's become stubborn and self-centered as hell due to his brain shrinking of old age. On top of that, power corrupts.
