Citadel and leviathon are both really good, but citadel is the better of the two if you care about your characters at all. You can probably skip omega, it really doesnt add anything to the experience like the other two do.

Makes sense. I heard Leviathan leaves you wanting when it comes to the battles, but the story is what really pulls you in with this.

I think the battles are great in leviathon.  However, the great part about leviathon is what it adds to the overall story.  It really ties the narrative together.

while leviathon focuses on the main narrative, citadel is all about your characters.  It brings all your characters together with some of the best dialogue in the game.  Then you are given the oppurtunity to really reminisce with your comrades and it gives a greater sense of closure to the characters that the ending does not provide.

Honestly, they are both must haves for a true me3 experience.
