Good question!
Honestly, I could give you the generic answer, but no one actually got to be a mod like that.
The real ways to become a mod:
1. Make yourself well known
2. Never reveal that you want to be a mod, don't even subconsciously suspect it
3. Hate on consoles you don't like, but seem pretentious about it
4. Get to know ioi and other mods well (but don't bother with me, I choose my own friends)
5. Obtain an awesome avatar of an underrated game
6. Never view yourself as a noob, you're a regular from the time you have 1 post
7. Help the site (say, updating games, but read my sticky first!)
That's all the real advice I can give you for now!
