1) People who bought console from retailers can return it, if it is don't work (you don't have internet connection), i think. Funny fact, you need itunes to activate ipad, very convinient, don't you think? 2) People who buying stuff from amazon - have internet, and more aware about product requirements stuff.
In MS eyes, disc is not just games data anymore, they are keys to unlock digital copy access. But in more familiar form factor.
Xbox One - in the sense digital only console, just with few compromises to casual buyer. MS making big step in the future, unlike Sony. |
You don't need itunes to activate it but i see what you mean about people should know or can return if they need to.
DO you feel that the world is ready for a digital only world. Because at the moment i can still buy CD's and DVD's and i don't need lose the right to sell them on privately or require an internet connection to listen and watch them. Do you think MS has jumped to far ahead and that could alienate some of their userbase on the 360.
