Well I am in Berlin right now and you have to pay at least 0.19€ for 1.5 liters ~ 0.396 US gallons.
(cheapest 1.5 liters available "Aldi, Lidl, etc. discounter product". Brand-crap is more expensive!)
0.19€ = $0.25 = £0.16
per liter
= 0.1266€
= $ 0.1684
= £ 0.1078
per gallon
= 0.4779€
= $ 0.6357
= £ 0.4069
