You miss the point, we don't know actually know any of the fine details of how this works... It's not Sony fans are saying this is "Impossible", we're simply saying it's more than likely going to be more restricted than you think, instead of how open all the Xbox fans are claiming this is going to be. Such a conclusion can literally be found from basic reasoning skills...
Also, yes, people are hyping this to no end, especially the XBOX fans it seems. There are people left and right stating it's going to be this crazy awesome beneficial feature and people can just share openly to 10 people and the only restriction will be that one person can play at a time! No way in hell is it going to be that open, and even if it is, you DON'T KNOW right now. Everything is pure speculation at this point because none of us know how the feature really works, none of us know the fine details, and as I stated previously in the thread, if it seems too good to be true it probably is, because the devil is in the details my friend.
