Everyone is on MS' ass for monetizing everything, from xbox live to DRM policies to the control of used games. Ultimately it all boils down to concerns over money and what you get for that money.
Yet here Sony and you the gamer will be able to monetize everything from trophies to the advice you give and you lap it up like there's no tomorrow.

A valid point. It's happening with some for the online paywall already also. MS are giving away achievements for free apparently too next gen. I wonder how many more money grabs Sony will do to help offset the cheap price of the PS4. Will BC cost money? Unlikely, that would suck.

yeah... i learn the other day that you can get a achievement for being a day 1 buyer of the xbox one... i can see it now... long lines out side of stores to get that achivement...

So MS does something good and it's still met with this attitude? I'm not surprised. If that was the sole reason you quoted me, to bash something good, however small just because it's MS is actually quite sad.
