Looking at MS track record over all anyone taking this at face value is kidding themselves. Also this was released before E3 as a PR effort to win back support of its customers, and is not currently implemented, but it might be easily implemented. More to the point though it most likely will not be supported by most 3rd party games, and I'm curious how many first party titles will allow this feature as well.

As a long time 360 owner, I can confirm that MS has always had pretty flexible DRM. For instance on the 360 any account can use downloaded content and games, and the registering account can use that content anywhere that it's signed in. Which is more flexible than the PS3's register to 5 or now 2 consoles, or the Wii's only one console ever.

MS has also had a family account setup for some years, so again, this doesn't surprise me. It seems to be a fair trade-off in my opinion.
