They aren't 'offloading to the cloud', the game IS running in the cloud. Any POS pc can be a client to a server that's doing all the work, it's also how cloud based game services let you play a PC game on an android tablet. Not sure why they are bringing this up as a feature, maybe the uninformed might think this is something new and be impressed, perhaps?
