This still makes no god damned sense. Why in the world would this happen after all the DRM BS? I mean, developers won't be pleased at all to learn people can just buy a game once then share it. Maybe theres a $5 fee or something? SOMETHING for the developer to get their money? Maybe a 48 hour trial of sorts? IE you can lend it but they can only play it for 48 hours... seems more reasonable for the developer.
OR this is limited to first party titles like Forza.

I don't think this will damper sales nearly as bad as people think it would. If I am on my Xbone playing a shared game with someone from my family list, then no one else on my family list can access my games. So it's not like it would be super easy to just play through the game whenever you want just because someone on your family list has it. There are still restrictions.
