What happens if your XBone or Account gets banned/suspended from Live?

People get banned just for obtaining an early copy (Store breaking street dates) of a title and going online.

Even so, if you are found to be cheating online, they should not be able to take all of your games away from you.

 

I seriously hope this is a question that gets asked.

On XBL when you are found to be cheating online you never get banned from XBL, you get banned from the game you were cheating at.
