My suggestion there was that you'd at least pick-up PS+.  If so, I'm correct.  If not, you are correct.

My point is that Microsoft is including two things that you'd otherwise have to pay for on the PS4.

Sony isn't including the PS Eye because they know people don't want it.  No point is force bundling anything but the absolute necessary.

What's the second thing that's included for free on Xbox One?
