People get banned just for obtaining an early copy (Store breaking street dates) of a title and going online. Even so, if you are found to be cheating online, they should not be able to take all of your games away from you.
I seriously hope this is a question that gets asked. |
could you please talk a little more rubbish? There are still parts of this forums where you have not spread FUD yet.
MS NEVER bans people for playing games early when a retailer breaks a streetdate. I played every freaking Halo, Gears, Fable and basically every other game I preorder early. I know the retailer and we play online together. If you are playing online (early) MS checks if your copy is pirated illegally. If you did, you are banned. If your copy is legit - have fun.
They said this dozens of times.
And no, when you are banned (which is a REEEAAAALLLLYYY small part of the users) you can still connect online to check in. You can still play your games. You are just banned from the XBL Gold service, so no multiplayer and no apps for you.
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
