It's the same people who game Halo 4 a 20. He reviews on a star scale and way to stingy.

I don't think it has anything to do with being stingy, more trying to get page clicks through metacritic. He gave the PC version of Brutal Legend a 5 star rating P: Along with fine classics such as Zen Pinball. Perhaps he just has very strange tastes. Also gave Bioshock Infinite 3 stars D: *heart breaks slightly*
