trademark, which PSLS has uncovered, says:
Arranging and conducting auctions in the field of computer games, virtual game assets and tropies; Arranging and conducting incentive reward programs to promote the sale of computer games, virtual game assets and tropies; Auction services; Providing consumer information in the field of computer games and video games.
These are four different things.
Auction system
incentive program
Auction services
Providing consumer information
Trademarks are for a service, so this is for a service that:
1. Conducts auctions for games, assets, and trophies
2. Conducts incentive reward programs to promote games, assets, and trophies
3. Provides auction SERVICES (this is what ebay does)
4. Provides consumer information for games
Extremely clear when you just read it. You get points, you trade points for other things. Think of it like Gamestop's power reward system, mixed with EvE online's monetary auction rewards (turn in game money into real money). I just don't know what the consumer information is, unless it's just synopses of the games on the marketplace.
500 points to get Uncharted 4 for free
Every dollar spent gives you a point.
Every bronze trophy gives a point, every silver 2 points, every gold 5 points
Trade goods over the system to others using a point system. Don't want that horse armor any more? Trade it for points. Don't care for those trophies, sell em off.
