I don't think most people will even know about the DLC, so it should be a non-issue, unless it is pressed by sales associates, but I don't think they'd care which version you buy, so long as you buy one.
I also don't think the DLC would be enough to sway somebody from getting one console to getting the other. There are far more important factors to consider, and I think that the release of GT5P is enough to counteract the miniscule DLC and then some.
